Kunka: A Font
Kunka is the seventh font I released on The Chicago Neighborhoods site. This is a quirky Art Deco font based on the lettering found on a building that used to be home to the R.V. Kunka drug store at the intersection of Archer and Loomis in the Bridgeport neighborhood. The store closed around 2009, and sadly, the facade tiles were taken down in the spring of 2021, but click here to see the amazing 1930s-era signage that inspired this font.

The font can be purchased on the Chicago Neighborhoods website.
